Google Workspace
Setup & Migration.
Without stopping your team's work
We set up Google Workspace for your company and migrate email, calendars and files from the current system. Domain, security and team training are included.
Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace?
The two suites solve the same problem in different ways. Here is what actually changes for a team that works on the same files every day.
The service, item by item
We do not just sell licences. We design the structure, move the data and train the people who will use it.
Domain configuration
MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records set and verified. Mail reaches its destination and the domain stays out of spam folders.
Mail migration
Email, calendars and contacts moved with Google's official tools. Mailboxes stay live for the whole migration.
File transfer
Shared folders and permissions rebuilt on shared drives, in a structure that holds as the team grows.
Security and access
Two-step verification, groups, organisational units and sharing rules. People see only what they need.
Team training
Hands-on sessions on Gmail, Drive, Meet and Calendar. The switch works when people know how to use it.
Ongoing support
User management, new mailboxes, devices and day-to-day requests. One point of contact.
Technical approach and standards
Every project is built on solid foundations. No shortcuts, only engineering.

When it makes sense to call us
The service is built for companies that need to work, not to become experts in IT administration.
Starting from scratch
A new company, or a team still using personal mailboxes and files spread across different computers.
Moving from Microsoft 365
A team that wants to move to Google Workspace without losing the history of email, calendars and documents.
Workspace already in place but misconfigured
An environment that grew without rules: permissions too open, groups unused, no two-step verification.
From first contact to a working team
Five steps. No interruption to work during office hours.
Free assessment
We look at the current system, the number of users and the volume of data. The plan and the quote come out of this.
Domain configuration
We create the environment, verify the domain and prepare users, groups and security rules.
Data migration
We move email, calendars, contacts and files. The old system stays live until the new one is verified.
Switch and training
We change the MX records and train the team. The first working day on the new system is supervised.
Ongoing support
We remain your point of contact for users, devices and daily requests.
Frequently Asked Questions
The answers you need, straight to the point.
The cost has two parts. Licences are paid to Google per user per month: Business Starter begins at EUR 6.80 and includes 30 GB per person, Business Standard costs EUR 13.60 with 2 TB (Google list price, August 2026). Setup and migration are quoted per project, based on the number of users and the volume of data to move. The initial assessment is free.
Yes. Google provides official tools to import email, calendars and users from Exchange Online. The standard method covers up to 1,000 users; above that the migration runs in batches. SharePoint and OneDrive files are moved to shared drives with the permission structure rebuilt.
For a team of up to 20 people the migration usually closes in one or two weeks, assessment included. The time depends mainly on mailbox size and the amount of shared files, not on the number of users.
No. Data is copied while the current system keeps running. The actual switch is the MX record change, which we schedule outside office hours.
Google Workspace lets you choose the region where data is stored at rest. We configure the environment to keep it in Europe and set the retention rules the GDPR requires.
